Transfers at OTP Bank: methods, limits and fees

You can send money at OTP Bank in several ways: in the mobile app by card number or details, and also at a branch. Let's look at each method, the limits, fees and what to do if a transfer is delayed.

How to make a transfer in the app

1. Open the OTP Bank app and choose the card you're sending from.
2. Tap "Transfer" and choose the method (by card or details).
3. Enter the recipient's data and the amount.
4. Check the data and confirm.

Limits and fees

Transfers are subject to limits (daily/monthly) and a possible fee depending on the type and amount. Some transfers within limits are free; a percentage may apply to others. Check current limits and tariffs in the app before a large transfer.

If the transfer doesn't arrive

• check the transaction status in the app;
• make sure the card number or details are entered correctly;
• transfers by details (IBAN) may credit within the business day;
