The tax official explained who from the FOP can work on a single tax: conditions for 1–3 groups
FPOs can choose a simplified taxation system, but for each group there are separate requirements regarding the number of employees, types of activities and marginal income. The Tax Office also defined a list of entrepreneurs who are prohibited from working on a single tax. The main administration of the DPS in the Poltava region clarified the rules for the stay of natural persons-entrepreneurs on the simplified taxation system and the conditions for working in the first, second or third group of the single tax.
EVA lost up to UAH 1 billion due to the destruction of the distribution center in Brovary
The Russian strike on Brovary completely destroyed one of the large distribution centers of the EVA network. The preliminary assessment of the company's losses may reach UAH 1 billion. Ruslan Shostak, co-owner of Rush LLC, which manages the EVA network, announced this. According to him, the workers were not injured during the attack. At the same time, the destruction of the warehouse was another serious blow to the Ukrainian retail infrastructure, which ensures the supply of goods to stores throughout the country.
LEGO demanded more than €110,000 from Ukrainian FOPs for legal costs due to counterfeiting
The Danish LEGO company won a court case against Odesa entrepreneurs who sold Chinese counterfeits of constructors through an online store. The right holder succeeded in banning the sale of counterfeit products, their seizure and destruction, as well as recovery of income received from illegal trade. At the same time, the case attracted attention due to the amount of the claimed compensation for legal services: LEGO demanded about €110,000 from the defendants, while the value of the income from the sale of fakes, established by the court, was only UAH 7,225.
Tax debts of FOPs in Ukraine reached UAH 16.6 billion: where are the most debtors
In Ukraine, the number of individual entrepreneurs with outstanding tax liabilities continues to grow. Currently, about 1.5 million FOPs have tax debts in the total amount of UAH 16.6 billion. The World Bank can direct $25 million to Ukrainian farmers for grain storage
The World Bank is considering the possibility of allocating $25 million for small and medium-sized Ukrainian agricultural producers who lack capacity to store crops. The financing is planned to be used for the creation and expansion of storage facilities against the background of problems with maritime logistics and constant risks of attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure. This was announced by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine following a meeting with representatives of the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation (IFC).
Ukrainians began to take out mortgages less often: banks reduced the issuance of loans by 16%
In June 2026, Ukrainian banks issued 763 new mortgage loans for UAH 1.47 billion. Compared to May, the number of issued loans decreased from 776 to 763, and their total amount — from UAH 1.53 billion to UAH 1.47 billion. This is evidenced by the data of the bank survey conducted by the National Bank of Ukraine. 38 institutions took part in the study, accounting for more than 98% of the total mortgage portfolio of the banking sector.

Cargo flow between Ukraine and Poland decreased to 9.75 million tons: where the drop was the largest
In seven months of 2026, 9.75 million tons of cargo were transported by rail through Ukrainian-Polish border crossings. This is 7% less than in the same period last year.
