How much does fuel cost in Ukraine on October 8

Станом на четвер, October 8, the average price of A-95 gasoline in Ukraine is UAH 89.17 per liter. During the day, it rose in price by another 2 kopecks.

On average, diesel fuel is sold at UAH 98.43 per liter, adding 3 kopecks per day. A-92 gasoline also became more expensive — by 5 kopecks, up UAH 86.01 per liter.

At the same time, premium A-95 became cheaper by 8 kopecks — to UAH 93.36 per liter.

The most noticeable change was the price of autogas. In a day he added 38 kopecks and costs on average UAH 44.95 per liter.

Where is the cheapest place to fill up with gas?

Among large chains, the lowest price for ordinary A-95 was recorded at gas stations "Cargo 7" — UAH 84.95 per liter.

IN BRSM-Nafta gasoline is expensive UAH 85.63/l. On UAH 88.90/l A-95 is sold by Ukrnafta and UPG.

Fuel is more expensive at BVS — UAH 89.90/l, and the highest price among the listed networks was recorded on OKKO and WOG — by UAH 92.90/l.

Thus, the difference between the cheapest and most expensive A-95 offer in these networks is almost UAH 8 per liter.

How much does diesel cost at different gas stations

The situation with diesel also differs significantly depending on the network.

At the gas station "Load 7" a liter of diesel costs UAH 95.95, and in "BRSM-Nafta" — UAH 96.40.

In "Ukrnafta" and UPG, the price is UAH 97.90/l, while at BVS diesel is sold at UAH 98.90/l.

The highest price among the listed networks is in OKKO and WOG, UAH 99.90 per liter.

Therefore, the cost of diesel between individual networks differs by almost UAH 4 per liter.

Autogas rose in price the most during the day

In contrast to gasoline and diesel, autogas demonstrated a much larger daily increase. The average price rose to UAH 44.95/l, adding 38 kopecks at once.

The lowest price among the listed networks was set by "Avantaj 7" — UAH 42.45/l. Gas costs UAH 43.20 at BRSM-Nafta, UAH 43.40 at Ukrnafta, and UAH 43.93 per liter at BVS.

At UPG autogas is sold at UAH 44.90/l, in OKKO — UAH 46.90 each, and the highest price among the listed networks in WOG — UAH 47.90/l.

The difference between the minimum and maximum price is over UAH 5 per liter.

At some gas stations, diesel already costs more than 100 hryvnias

Prices for diesel fuel in Ukraine have been close to the psychological level for a long time UAH 100 per liter.

Back on September 18, the Neftek network was the first in the Ukrainian market to set the price of ordinary diesel at the level UAH 100/l, and premium fuel — 102 hryvnias/l.

Subsequently, several other chains also raised diesel prices above UAH 100 per liter. At the same time, the average price on the market still remains below this mark — UAH 98.43/l.

The import of diesel fuel decreased in September

Prices on the domestic market are also influenced by the situation with fuel supplies. In September, Ukraine imported approx 537 thousand tons of diesel fuelthat on 21% lessthan in the same month last year.

Compared to August, imports also decreased - by approx 9%. Weak demand, problems with logistics and the high cost of fuel on foreign markets were cited as reasons.

At the same time, in nine months of 2026, Ukraine imported approx 4.7 million tons of diesel fuel, which is still on 3% morethan for the same period in 2025.

Fuel prices remain sensitive to logistics

The current market situation shows that even small changes in the cost of supplies can quickly affect retail prices. This especially applies to diesel fuel, which is actively used by transport, the agricultural sector and business.

At the same time, consumers have the opportunity to save significantly by comparing the prices of different networks. As of October 8, the difference in the cost of a liter of gasoline, diesel or autogas between individual gas stations amounts to a few hryvnias, which, when refueling a full tank, already turns into hundreds of hryvnias difference.
