The government updated the criteria for critical enterprises
Уряд запровадив нові фінансові вимоги для підприємств, які претендують на статус критично важливих. Як повідомила народна депутатка Ольга Василевська-Смаглюк, одним із головних критеріїв стала середня заробітна плата працівників за останній календарний місяць.
From now on, it should be at least three times the minimum wage — UAH 25,941 before taxes.
Different conditions will apply to enterprises in the combat zone
For companies operating in areas of hostilities, the government has provided relaxed requirements. In such cases, the average wage must be at least 2.5 times the minimum wage, which currently amounts to UAH 21,618 before taxes.
The rules for accounting for employees at the time of booking have changed
The updated rules also apply to the procedure for calculating the reservation quota. Працівники, які працюють за сумісництвом, а також особи, що вже мають відстрочку від мобілізації з інших підстав, враховуватимуться лише за основним місцем роботи.
Such changes are designed to prevent double counting of employees when determining the number of persons that can be booked.
More than 1.3 million workers have already been booked in Ukraine
According to the Minister of Economy Oleksiy Sobolev, more than 1.3 million people currently have valid reservations in Ukraine.
За останні півтора року кількість заброньованих працівників збільшилася приблизно на 300 тис., а число підприємств, які отримали статус критично важливих, зросло ще на 9 тисяч.
Businesses must confirm their status by the end of the summer
About 20% of enterprises fall under the new criteria. They must go through the process of reconfirming their critical status by August 10.
Водночас раніше ухвалені рішення про надання такого статусу залишаються чинними лише до завершення встановленого строку, але не довше ніж до 1 вересня 2026 року.
What will happen if the status is not confirmed
If the enterprise does not have time to confirm compliance with the new requirements within the specified period, its status of critical importance will be canceled. In this case, employees who have been booked from mobilization on the basis of this status will lose their right to deferment.
At the same time, mass automatic cancellation of reservations on one day is not expected. The loss of the deferral will only apply to businesses that fail to demonstrate their criticality in accordance with the government's updated criteria.
