Local budgets received more than UAH 24 billion
In January-June 2026, over 1 million payers transferred to local budgets UAH 24.1 billion pay for the land. For comparison, for the same period in 2025, this indicator was UAH 21.3 billion, so revenues increased by 13.2%.

Such services allow you to quickly obtain information about tax obligations without visiting the tax office and make all the necessary payments in a timely manner.
What to do if errors are found
If the payer notices inaccuracies in the calculations, he has the right to contact the tax service to reconcile the data. The application can be submitted in person, by mail or through electronic services using qualified electronic signature (KEP).
During the reconciliation, the area of the land plot, the correct application of rates, benefits and other data that affect the tax amount are checked. If errors are detected, the tax office will recalculate, issue a new tax notice-decision, and the previous document will automatically become invalid.

The increase in income from the land tax indicates stable filling of local budgets even in wartime conditions. These funds allow communities to finance priority needs, support the work of communal services and implement local development projects. At the same time, the DPS urges owners and users of land plots to regularly check the relevance of their data in order to avoid errors in the calculation of tax liabilities.
