Who provided the largest income
Global technology companies remain the largest payers, including Google, Apple, Meta, Netflix, Sony, Valve and Etsy. They pay tax on services used by Ukrainians: mobile applications, online advertising, streaming platforms, game services and marketplaces.
In currency equivalent, the budget received 82.4 million euros and 106.7 million dollars, which exceeds the indicators of the first half of 2025.
The number of payers continues to grow
Since the beginning of the year, more have joined the taxation system 16 non-resident companies. In general, it is already registered in Ukraine 157 international companies, які офіційно декларують і сплачують ПДВ.
The DPS notes that this contributes to more equal conditions of competition between Ukrainian and foreign providers of digital services.
Tax revenues remain stable
Despite the difficult economic situation, revenues from international digital companies continue to grow. This testifies both to the development of the electronic services market and to the increase in the number of companies operating in Ukraine in the legal field.
For comparison, in the first half of the year, big business in general provided almost UAH 580 billion tax revenues, and international digital companies replenished the budget by more than UAH 8.9 billion.
What does this mean
The growth of tax revenues from international IT companies shows that the digital market of Ukraine continues to work and develop. For the state, this is additional budget revenue, and for business, it is confirmation that the rules of taxation of electronic services have gradually become a standard for international companies that work with Ukrainian users.
