EKA supported Ukrainian exports for more than UAH 7.5 billion in six months

Enterprises provided the largest volume of supported exports Khmelnytskyi region — UAH 4.6 billion.

The top three also included:

• - Kyiv — UAH 929.1 million;

• - Chernihiv region — UAH 553 million.

It was these regions that demonstrated the highest activity among Ukrainian exporters who took advantage of EKA insurance mechanisms.

To which countries were Ukrainian products exported

With the support of the agency, Ukrainian goods were delivered to 24 countries of the world.

The largest sales markets were:

• - Germany — UAH 1.2 billion;

• - United Arab Emirates — UAH 879.3 million;

• - The Netherlands — UAH 730.7 million;

• - Poland — UAH 704.3 million;

• - Hungary — UAH 677.7 million.

This geography of exports indicates the preservation of demand for Ukrainian products both in the countries of the European Union and in the markets of the Middle East.

What Ukraine sold the most

It provided the largest share of supported exports furniture industry — UAH 4.6 billion, which became the undisputed leader among all industries.

Also, significant volumes of exports fell on:

• - processing of milk and production of butter and cheese — UAH 879.3 million;

• - auxiliary activities in the field of transport — UAH 501.9 million;

• - production of metal doors and windows — UAH 281.8 million;

• - wallpaper production — UAH 271.2 million.

Export remains one of the drivers of the economy

ECA support is an important tool for Ukrainian manufacturers, because export contract insurance helps businesses minimize risks and work more actively in foreign markets.

At the same time, the government plans to further increase the country's export potential. Earlier it was reported that 2030 year Ukraine intends to increase the export of goods to 85 billion dollars, betting on products with high added value and the development of the processing industry.
