How much does fuel cost in Ukraine?

According to the Ministry of Finance portal, which Ukrinform refers to, the average price of A-95 gasoline as of October 12 was UAH 89.36/l. During the day, the price of fuel rose by 19 kopecks.

Diesel fuel added 20 kopecks to the price and cost on average UAH 98.68/l. The most expensive of these types of fuel was autogas, the price of which increased by 75 kopecks.

Average fuel prices on October 12 were as follows:

• - A-95 premium — UAH 93.41/l, an increase of 59 kopecks;

• - A-95 — UAH 89.36/l, an increase of 19 kopecks;

• - A-92 — UAH 86.01/l;

• - diesel fuel — UAH 98.68/l, an increase of 20 kopecks;

• - autogas — UAH 46.24/l, an increase of 75 kopecks.

Fuel prices in the Ukrnafta network

A-95 gasoline was expensive at Ukrnafta gas stations UAH 88.90/l, diesel fuel — UAH 97.90/l, and autogas — UAH 44.90/l.

At these prices, this network offered gasoline and diesel cheaper than the national average.

How much does fuel cost at Avantaj 7 and BRSM-Nafta gas stations

A-95 gasoline was sold in the "Avantaz 7" network at UAH 85.95/l, diesel - by UAH 97.95/l, autogas — by UAH 43.95/l.

At BRSM-Nafta gas stations, the prices were UAH 86.51/l for gasoline A-95, UAH 96.38/l for diesel fuel and UAH 44.59/l for autogas

Among these two chains, Avantaz 7 offered the lowest price for A-95 gasoline, while diesel was cheaper at BRSM-Nafta.

Prices at OKKO and WOG gas stations

In the OKKO and WOG networks, the prices for A-95 gasoline were the same — UAH 92.90/l. Diesel fuel in both networks was expensive UAH 99.90/l.

At the same time, autogas at OKKO was sold at UAH 47.90/l, and on WOG — by UAH 48.90/l.

Thus, among the above networks, it was WOG that had the highest price for autogas. Gasoline and diesel at these networks were also more expensive than at most of the other gas stations on the list.

How much are they asking for UPG and BVS fuel

A-95 gasoline was expensive at the UPG gas station UAH 88.90/l, diesel fuel — UAH 97.90/l, autogas — UAH 45.90/l.

In the BVS network, the prices were UAH 89.90/l for gasoline A-95, UAH 99.80/l for diesel and UAH 45.57/l for autogas

Within the given list, UPG offered petrol cheaper than BVS and also had a lower price for diesel fuel. Autogas at BVS cost 33 kopecks less.

Fuel prices rose by more than 46% over the year

The increase in prices at gas stations is taking place against the background of a significant annual increase in the price of fuel. According to the State Statistics Service, in September 2026, fuel prices in Ukraine were at 46.2% higherthan in September last year.

Back in September, some chains started selling diesel at a price of over UAH 100/l. In particular, on September 18, the Neftek chain sold regular diesel fuel at UAH 100/l, and premium diesel at UAH 102/l. Subsequently, at least four chains also raised diesel prices above the UAH 100/l mark.

So, as of October 12, the average price of diesel fuel approached UAH 99/l, while gasoline and autogas also showed growth. Drivers looking to save money should compare prices in different networks before filling up, as the difference in the cost of a liter can be significant.
